Those Perfect Strangers -- Balki Bartokomous (Bronson Pinchot, above, left) and Larry Appleton (Mark Linn-Baker, above, right) -- will be trying to make like a Woodward and Bernstein investigative news team next season but will come off more like Laurel and Hardy.  If you're a fan of the ABC sitcom, you know that Larry has already gone to work for the Chicago Chronicle's crack investigative team.  The paper will decide that it needs another pair of investigative reporters, will promote Larry and hire Balki as his mate-in-muckraking.
