In 1991, Mad Magazine put out a Super Special issue which included past comics, including this parody of Perfect Strangers which most likely originally ran in 1986.  Remember, this is Mad Magazine, so the caricatures and jokes are not meant to be flattering!  It's interesting to note that the cartoonist included a drawing of "Mr. Whipple," Dick Wilson, even though this was clearly done before Melanie Wilson was on the series!
